A graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Dr. Park has established a premier practice in Roanoke, VA, defined by clinical excellence and technical precision. Before entering the dental field, Dr. Park served as a Mechanical Engineer at Samsung Electronics. This unique professional lineage provides him with a sophisticated understanding of structural integrity and biomechanics, allowing him to approach complex restorative challenges with an analytical creativity rarely found in traditional practice.
Despite his extensive technical expertise, Dr. Park is recognized by his patients for his humble, gentle demeanor and the quiet confidence he brings to every procedure, ensuring a superior standard of compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Park is a lifelong student of his craft. While the State of Virginia requires 15 hours of continuing education annually, Dr. Park consistently completes over 100 hours per year. This relentless pursuit of mastery ensures his patients receive the most advanced, evidence-based treatments available.

The Dawson Academy: Advanced specialization in TMJ disorders, occlusal disease, and comprehensive esthetic restorative dentistry, including full-mouth rehabilitation.

Advanced Implantology: Mastery of cutting-edge techniques in both the surgical placement and the final functional restoration of dental implants.

Dr. Park’s dedication has earned him prestigious Fellowships in two global organizations—a distinction held by a small, elite percentage of practicing dentists:
Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD): Awarded for completing over 500 hours of advanced education and passing a rigorous comprehensive examination.

Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI): Recognizing his commitment to the highest standards in implant dentistry.

He maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Virginia Dental Association (VDA).

Innovation in Digital Dentistry
Dr. Park is a leading proponent of Digital Dentistry, integrating his engineering roots with modern clinical solutions. By utilizing Exocad software, high-precision milling machines, and multiple 3D printers, he provides comprehensive, in-house solutions. By maintaining full control over the manufacturing process, he ensures that every crown, bridge, complete denture, bite splint and other restorative work meets his exacting engineering standards for fit, function, and aesthetics.

Personal Life
Dr. Park resides in Botetourt County with his wife, Sun. He takes great pride in seeing his dedication to healthcare reflected in the next generation: his daughter, Lynn, is currently pursuing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, while his son, Ian, is an undergraduate student at Virginia Tech.
To maintain a balanced life, Dr. Park enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Virginia and finds personal enrichment through the study of Christian literature and meditation. He also values time spent traveling to visit family and friends, ensuring he returns to his practice refreshed and focused on his patients.

Dr. Mariam Saadah graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelors of Science in Bioengineering and minors in Arabic Studies and Chemistry. She then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). She was awarded the Mars Wrigley grant to work on an oral health project within the Chicagoland area as well as the Dr. Donald E. Rice scholarship to honor her academic achievements. During her final year of dental school, she was selected for the endodontics track where she completed more advanced root canal cases. She also completed an intensive oral surgery rotation gaining more experience with extractions and implant cases. 

Dr. Mariam relocated to Roanoke, VA in 2024 to be with family and decided to continue her career at Park Dental. Dr. Mariam strives to perfect her practice by taking continuous education courses to deliver the best quality care to her patients. She is known for her gentle patient care and meticulous work. In her free time, Dr. Mariam enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and volunteering with the community.
